  1.       Pernah melamun saat belajar di kelas? Pasti pernah. Tahu tidak ternyata friends, MELAMUN adalah hasil dari overloaded kelebihan beban dari otak kiri kita. Yes, seperti kita tahu kalau otak kita terdiri dari dua belahan, yaitu hemisfer kiri dan hemisfer kanan, atau yang sering kita kenal dengan otak kiri dan otak kanan, ya. Then, saat otak kiri dominan bekerja mulai dari mendengarkan guru, menulis/mencatat, berpikir tentang yang guru sampaikan, serta berdiskusi, sedang otak kanan tidak dipakai alias menganggur, si otak kanan jadi ‘iri’ dan ‘ikut-ikutan’ menyeimbangkan diri dengan partnernya itu (otak kiri) dengan melakukan kegiatan. Dan kegiatan yang paling mudah dilakukan adalah MELAMUN.

          Well Friends, for your information ya, otak kanan kita itu suka hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan gambar, warna, seni/musik, emosi serta khayalan. Itulah yang membuat kita jadi berimajinasi atau melamun. Melamun tentang apa saja yang pernah kita alami ataupun berkhayal yang tervisualisasi dalam otak kita. 

          Selain melamun, ‘menganggurnya’ otak kanan juga mengakibatkan usaha kita belajar keras, namun hasilnya minim. Mulai dari susah berkonsentrasi, tidak kreatif, susah memahami pelajaran, serta meski belajar namun mudah lupa.

    Tentunya beberapa kesukaan masing-masing otak seharusnya kita terapkan dalam proses belajar kita. Beberapa tips berikut bisa dicoba!

    1.   --  Belajar lewat buku-buku yang banyak ilustrasi gambarnya (bisa lewat educomic)
    2.   --   Menggunakan highlighter (pulpen warna) dengan menggarisbawahi catatan-catatn penting dari buku cetak atau catatan dalam buku tulis
    3.   ---   Memvisualisaikan apa yang sedang dipelajari (menggambarkannya dalam otak kita)
    4. ---     Lagukan apa yang dipelajari. Ingat pernah belajar lewat lagu seperti saat kita masih di TK.
    5.  ---    Menuliskan kembali apa yang dipelajari disertai dengan ungkapan emosi atau gambarkan emoji dalam catatan tersebut.
    6.   ---   Belajar menggunakan mind map.
    7.   ---   Menulislah di udara. Cara ini bisa dipakai saat kesulitan mengiungat penulisan ejaan tertentu misalnya ejaan bahasa Inggris

    Meski sederhana 7 tips di atas jika kita menerapkannya dengan baik serta niat yang tulus belajar dengan hati. InsyaAllah tidak sulit bagi kita untuk belajar lebih efektif dan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik pula. Mau mencoba?
